1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2 Eligibility

To register and use the sgc777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. Use of the Platform by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited. sgc777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services from your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion, watchlist, sanctions, or gambling prohibition register.
• You must not be an employee, consultant, contractor, director, or officer of sgc777, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by the Company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

sgc777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account found to be in breach of these requirements, with or without prior notice.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register for a personal Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and bank account details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration details and update them promptly if any information changes.
• You will keep your Account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your Account.
• You will notify sgc777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account by contacting support via live chat or email.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. If we discover that you have registered multiple Accounts, all such Accounts may be suspended, and any Funds or winnings associated with them may be forfeited pending investigation.

sgc777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide a reason.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations, sgc777 is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals or when otherwise deemed necessary.

You may be requested to provide the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued Indonesian photo identification document (e.g., KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Once verified, the status remains valid unless sgc777 determines a re-verification is necessary (e.g., due to suspicious activity, change of payment method, or regulatory requirements).

5 Deposits

All deposits to a sgc777 Account are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts.
• Supported deposit methods include Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real-time upon confirmation of receipt by sgc777. Most deposits are reflected within 2 minutes.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• sgc777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error by sgc777 must be reported immediately. sgc777 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited amounts without prior notice.

6 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of available Funds (excluding locked bonus amounts) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by Account verification and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This anti-money-laundering measure helps prevent fraudulent transactions.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may not withdraw funds.
• sgc777 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 2-6 hours during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours or over weekends may take up to 24 hours.
• sgc777 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank may apply standard transfer fees.

• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

sgc777 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus requires Rp 10,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be wagered within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Unused or partially-wagered bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute less. Refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable contribution schedule.

sgc777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, unless required by law or where evidence of abuse is found.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the sgc777 Platform are governed by the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino and sports events, by real-world outcomes. sgc777 does not manipulate outcomes.
• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are binding and final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled by the User, except where a specific cashout or edit feature is available.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, sgc777 will resolve the bet based on the game state recorded in our server logs at the time of the interruption. The Company's records shall be the definitive reference in all disputes.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sgc777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Fraudulent Information: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate financial crime, or process funds of illegal origin.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a deposit made to sgc777.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with games or the Platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game format.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sgc777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of sgc777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express written permission from sgc777.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

• Unauthorized access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on content, promotions, or information published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under mandatory applicable law, sgc777's total aggregate liability to any User shall be limited to the total amount of funds deposited by that User into their Account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sgc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, sgc777 will endeavor to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sgc777 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
